Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center Ranks First Again in Internship Preferences in Israel
Israel’s Ministry of Health published this morning the results of its annual internship (סטאז’) survey, along with the official preference rankings and lottery placement results for medical school graduates in Israel. The data clearly show: Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center (Ichilov) once again ranks first in internship preferences, leading by a significant margin in demand among the next generation of physicians.
The Tel Aviv Medical Center – Ichilov holds first place by a wide gap in the preferences of Israeli medical students. This reflects the clear understanding among young physicians that Ichilov represents the highest standards of advanced, innovative, and high-quality medical care in Israel.
Over the past year, 150 interns selected Ichilov as their first choice for internship placement. The medical center leads by a 20% margin over the second-ranked hospital, maintaining its position at the top.
In an internal survey conducted at Ichilov, 95% of interns who completed their training at the hospital stated that they would choose to complete their internship there again.

משרד הבריאות פרסם הבוקר את נתוני סקר הסטאז'רים והסטאז'ריות בבתי החולים, לצד תוצאות העדפות ושיבוצי הגרלות הסטאז'רים בוגרי לימודי רפואה בישראל. מהנתונים עולה באופן חד משמעי: המרכז הרפואי איכילוב ממוקם במקום הראשון גם השנה בהעדפות לסטאז' ומוביל בפער בביקוש בקרב דור העתיד של הרפואה.
המרכז הרפואי ת״א איכילוב נמצא במקום הראשון בפער בהעדפות סטודנטיות וסטודנטים ישראלים לרפואה. הדבר משקף באופן ברור את ההבנה של הדור הצעיר כי במרכז הרפואי איכילוב מובילים את הרפואה הטובה, המתקדמת והאיכותית ביותר בישראל.
בשנה החולפת, 150 סטאז'רים בחרו באיכילוב כמקום הראשון בהעדפה לסטאז'. איכילוב נמצא במקום הראשון בפער של 20% מהמקום השני, ושומר על מיקומו בפסגה.
בסקר פנימי שנערך באיכילוב עלה כי 95% ממסיימי הסטאז' באיכילוב ציינו כי היו בוחרים שוב לעשות את הסטאז' באיכילוב.
